The Springwatera well-being home
Take note on how this design incorporates a home fitness room on the lower floor. A lower floor that does feel like a basement (see Section below). Hint, has something to do with eye-level. A 2nd Ensuite on the main floor for either aging parents or our adult children who are trying to save up for their first house. The upper floor is isolated for the work environment, with a common space in the gazebo, deck and green space. |

The Mirage
On this main floor the fitness room is presented as the feature element of design. Walking by the fitness room separated by a glass wall you are taken in by the views through the large floor to ceiling window inviting in the natural views.
The gazebo is your zen. Notice how it's separated and away from the rest of the house. Enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening with an open fire in the fireplace. The master bedroom's bed is isolated and decluttered to allow you to experience the outside inside. Floor to ceiling window encompasses your bed from three sides. Fall asleep to the sunset and wake up to the sunrise. The second floor has a separate office space with its' own wrap around balcony and shared green space with the 2nd Ensuite and two bedrooms. |
